SETTINGS TO USE ETISALAT BIS ON ANDROIDYou will need to create a new APN settings on your Etisalat line via your phone Mobile network settings in this format;
Go to settings > more > mobile networks > APN
Create the new APN using below settings
Name: Etisalat bis
APN: blackberry.net
Proxy : 10.71.170.5
Port : 8080
Click SAVE
You should see your phone connect and brows via Etisalat BIS plan
